14,000 tickets sold for the FA Cup match..... on 11:25 - Jan 3 by Whos_blue | Well you say that, but the website is saying one ticket per person. With two children, that's not really working out for me. |
As long as they have a customer number you can buy as many tickets as you want, but have to allocate to them. You will need to add them as a family/ friend to do it in one go.

I did similar to purchase a stadium tour for my (non member) parents. There is online guidance if you need it. |
Cheers mate. I just rang ticket office and the message explained this too. Fortunately my two are already linked, so should be ok. Unfortunately my wife isn't and I can't add her as my account is now locked in the queue and I can't actually make any changes to it! I've no idea why this has to be so complicated! My first real gripe with the club for a very long time. Edit: Also, I purchased my ST seat when they first went on sale, so with the anticipated rush on the ticketing page, getting seats nearby may be a challenge. I feel a bit moany, but it seems an unnecessary faff and not overly geared towards longer term supporters. [Post edited 3 Jan 11:57]

The last couple of posts in thread have been helpful. Have a read. They might help you. It's a faff but is doable.

To stop touts, although perhaps they could have relaxed those rules for this unglamorous cup game.
