Just because he is playing well in Scotland, doesnt mean would have been right for us in the Prem.

Most clubs in the Scottish Prem are equivalent to lower end Championship at best.

Not many this is how football works PL clubs wait till these players do well elsewhere then buy them they cause they afford it, its less risk paying 10m to 20m when hes proved himself than getting him now and risking him at your club, most top clubs do it yes its dearer but the success rate is also much higher.

Very few players smashing it in Scotland do well here. Not sure why we would want him. Look at Odsonne Édouard, scored a ridiculous amount of goals at Celtic, and barely scored any in the PL.
