Is it as simple as Enciso and Philogene in to replace J Clarke (way off it) and Ogbene (out for the season)?

What gives to me is the following
Encisco replaces the very unfortunate predicament of ogbene.
Clarke is probably recognised as being in touch but not there
Burns see above
Jaden - the upgrade we actually wanted
Chaplin - sell
Broadhead - I'm puzzled but what I've seen he's plenty good this season
Hutchinson- clear starter
Szmodics - done ok

Out of nine options for 2/3 spaces we are only now at a point where we probably have 3 quality up to the level players. It's been hard to adapt, and you take those nine into the championship and we clean up. Shows the margins really. So hard to forget that some of those are from league one and still do a job in the prem. When signed it's an aspiration but they must be living an absolute dream regardless of results.

Hard to imagine how tough this year must be for our league 1 players. They got us here so well and we seem to have power to keep signing over the top of them.

I hope with all those you've listed though we have space, wages and money in the bank to get a number nine.

Yep agree with this. Although we have players for those positions they really have not produced this year so we need to upgrade. We have upgraded at right back where we were weak when axel was out. Centre mid we are okay if we can get more minutes out of Philips and cajuste
