A lot of money spent yet I don't really see an improvement from the Liverpool first match.
Many on this forum are pointing the finger at Muric which judging by his errors yesterday I can see why. But that's not the whole problem. It lays across every position with possibly the exception of Delap. Davis has been laid bare by players up against him, Morsy can't control the midfield and neither Phillips or Taylor have proven good enough. Hutchinson has the ball taken off him too easily and isn't half the player of last season and whilst we need reinforcements are the ones being brought in too lightweight for this league ? Most of the successful teams have athletic runners especially in midfield. As for spending more money on players I don't see that being a great idea as currently although not mathematically we are going down.
