You’ve missed the point. Where’s the ‘hatred’ to call it that? Where’s the c-word used on here, I haven’t seen it or did I miss it? Muric isn’t our single biggest problem, agreed. He’s been one of them, past tense. He won’t play again this season if others are fit. |

He’ll be playing at least for the next few weeks while Walton is injured. And even then it is hard to argue Christian is an upgrade overall. He’s reliable, but at this level he’s reliably only okay at best. |  | | |

It’s widely anticipated Slicker will start at Coventry, Phil mentioned as much. That gives 2-weeks to get Walton back. Less mistakes is an upgrade no matter the debate on attributes. A few ropey kicks aside, Walton has done little wrong. Whether his attributes are as strong as Muric is the real debate.
At this stage of the season we need 5 or 6 wins. Muric shattered confidence in getting those whereas Walton actually breathed life into it vs Chelsea and Fulham. The choice is obvious from this point onward when all are fit. | | | |

It pathetic, what I am seeing here on Muric.
Conceding isn’t our biggest problem (ignoring recentManC and Liv scores) - we can’t expect many clean sheets in the PL.
Not scoring enough at the other end is our problem. Our attacking players should be scoring more than one goal ant home against Southampton (and more than zero V Brighton). |
We won't stay up with Muric between the sticks, he's completely shot of confidence and makes mistakes in every game. We can't afford that precisely because of where we have come from the last two years. Sure, we need to score more, and we look hesitant all the pitch tbh, but we could do with a better keeper and anyone who can't see that is crazy, sorry. i like a lot of what I see in Muric but his mistakes are costing us. |  |

Walton isn’t fit and I doubt any of us have seen that much of Slicker to judge he’s better then Muric so I guess he will play and he’ll play a fair bit and I don’t know if you’ve seen Twitter and other socials but there’s plenty of disgusting stuff said about Muric.
He’s our goalkeeper. He’s also bloody human so maybe just maybe he might play better if he was supported. We all want him to play better don’t we? |  | | |

He was supported , the SBRL put a Muuuuricc, Muuuriccc chant early in the game on Saturday to show him we were behind him.
But it didn’t seem to help… his confidence is shot at the moment, and every game at the moment league or cup there are huge gaffs … so it’s a never ending circle of low confidence.
Needs some time out of the spotlight working with good coaches.
Definitely does not need abuse on social media that is for sure.
