One of the most enjoyable things about KM's tenure 23:23 - Mar 14 with 891 viewsjasondozzell

Has been how well he speaks. Right from that first day when Marcus Nash ushered him into a very cold dressing room for that first interview.

Assured, clear, eloquent, skilful in how he communicates difficult points to supporters, good humoured but steely.

Think his presser today when he talked about where we are in the league was superb. He articulates it all perfectly.

We will win tomorrow.

I remember thinking quite early that it was strange he hadn't already found a job before us. He must have had offers, but it seems he really waited for the right club.

Fcking hell, Ashton.

...top of the manager's spoken word league at least!

Completely agree.

I look at more experienced managers and they can’t string a sentence together or even look at who they are speaking to. Ange is a classic example.

McKenna speaks so well and is a great ambassador for our club.

Bit smarmy though.

It wasn't really not finding a job though. He was 34-35 and was working his way up. He was essentially joint assistant manager at the biggest club in the country and arguably the world which was a fantastic achievement at that age.

I think I recall himself saying his plan was to take a manager role at 35 and not before and he did.

Agree with all you said and then I got to the last sentence.

I hope you are right and I'll be screaming from the stands but just don't see it.
