....getting rid of Gunn, that weird bloke Hernandez and some other nobody I've never heard of.

Surprised they are binning Gunn, assume it must be due to wages, he's more than good enough for a lower end Championship team.

I think Sainz and probably Sargent go too and that will bring in funds. How much they can spend and who they could attract are different questions, though.

It would be about right that they stumble upon another Holt and Hoolahoop combination though.

Even if they somehow they find another Grant or Hoolahan they haven’t the squad to compliment good attacking players. Saint and Sergent are in the top five highest championship scorers but as the rest of their squad is poor, they are going to finish mid table also-runs.

....very little depth to their "backroom" team.

Obviously Webber left a while back, he was instrumental in how they recruited in all departments. The cook and her old fella have gone too, and they are left with the club being run by the Americans and the ex-Arsenal loans manager.

Also, no parachute payment next season.

I really can't see them troubling the scorers.

Saint had a freaky first half of the season, but is actually crap.

Sergeant is decent but glass-like, however I wouldn't mind him here as a third or fourth choice behind Hirsty, a 24-26 year-old almost Prem-ready signing and probably a 20-22 year old developer.

Good work by Philogene...... GREAT WORK BY PHILOGENE!!!
