What can take from next games for next season? Not really a case of that, different division, there will be changes, will be a reset. About first seaosn in PL for 22 years and want to finish strongly, for supporters and for players on an individual level. Motivation is high for finishing season as best we can. Challenging position in terms of availability, which has been a test.

Not going to go through injuries, not dissimilar this week. Lot of late calls, will be players close for this week, if not next, in two games' time much closer. This one is going to be tight and have players we're going to make judgement on.

Moyes longevity, something which can be admired, becoming less common to have such long careers at top level, wide experience, good man, very good manager.

Expecting a tough match, no doubt. Been really stable since he went in there. Don't give up many chances. Got good players, physically powerful, strong in both boxes, has been the case for a while, and added some quality. Know they're going to be desperate to finish time at Goodison positively. Remember what that was like at Tottenham when they moved. Got to stand up to that.

Current approach dictated by availability. Our mindset has been to get as many points as possible, try and perform as well as we can and the option to look at one or two different relationships or partnerships, but need to have more availability to do that in the last few games. Not there yet, at the moment, need to find a way to get a side and a squad to compete at Everton. Overriding aim to pick up points.

Loads of lessons for everyone involved about the level. Too many for one answer. We've reflected as we've gone along, will do so again in the summer. Main one is the size of the challenge. Areas we've done well, areas we could have done differently. Lots of different reflections to take.

Last four games, important to show our character as the squad has done over the season. More of a challenge once it becomes mathematically definite you're not going to be in the division this year, but responsibility to prepare to do the best we can. Players are desperate to play as many minutes and get as many points.

Advice for managers coming up? My phone is available if they want to call, I used my phone last year. Gap is big and getting bigger. Top of Champ last year billed as best ever and those three teams fallen short for different reasons. When happens for two seasons, then 17 teams have PL money for two years and harder for everyone else. But we'll be better going down, stronger position than for I don't know how many years. Will continue to improve club and eventually look to establish in PL. Know our next steps.

Clear we're more prepared for the Champ than we were when we came up from League One. Getting 96 points with squad from League One an incredible achievement. Different challenge, the way we did it before won't be done again. Exciting and positive challenge to take on. But at the moment, it's Everton and Brentford and finding a way to compete.

Newcastle fans applauding Town fans, didn't see it as social media free. Clearly affinity between fans through Sir Bob and similarities re importance of clubs to their town/city. Nice thing to have.

Key moment in season where things might have gone better? Quite a few big moments in first half of the season. Ended first half of season with reasonable points total but could have been higher, lots of things went against us. Second half, not the same, injury situation hasn't made it easier and has led to a lot of other challenges and has meant we've not picked up as many points. Never about one moment when over 38 games. We know we've come up short. Been in enough games and margins have been tight, some more going our way and we could have been closer. But we are where we are and we ultimaltey have come up short.

It was a season, for the jump we've had, most things would have to have gone right, but not been the case.

In terms of more freedom, you don't like that as a coach. If we'd played with more freedom throughout the season, we might have picked up more points. More points over next four games will change the feel. We know we're going there and will have to work hard to compete.

Would mean a lot to supporters to win tomorrow and to finish season well and to beat Everton would mean a lot, but not concerned by being one of the last managers to win at Goodison.

Always a good atmos, crowds on top of you, dugouts tight to the pitch. Miss those grounds as they disappear. Really good place to win, done that a few times with Man United.

Different challenge when options limited due to injuries. Last week, had to play centre-backs across back four, JG not really played left-back often, JT not played for a while. When you have challenge like that, test you differently and we set-up differently to how we might have wanted to. That was why red card was frustrating as we did well until then. Not how I enjoy setting up, not how we have, but given availability, having to find ways to be adaptable is a test.

Too open and naive comments? Doesn't overly concern me. Lots of people who have to give opinions but without watching all games. As I've said before, if one aspect was going wrong, we'd have solved it. When you're newly promoted, easy to say we've been too open. We've been adaptable this year but we've been nowhere near as attacking or dominant as we have in previous divisions. Our challenges in this season have been vast and not related to playing style. Results haven't necessarily depended on approach. Can lose as a team in our position in different ways. We've been very pragmatic at times when we've needed to protect the group.

Jens, would like to keep him, but Napoli's player. Question for the summer.

Motivation isn't a problem, pulling the group to the reality of the game, trust the players and people we have in group to go there and compete.
