Burnham would be interesting. I'm not entirely convinced by him though. I think he's still conformist.
Clive Lewis has at least been more outspoken.

I like Clive Lewis, and think he comes across well, but he has no chance.
Burnham is probably a bit conformist but maybe about as radical as it is possible to be under the new system for choosing candidates. Although that would depend on his winning a seat which might not be easy, even if he wanted to become an MP. |  | | |

Burnham might be the only option but as you say depends on a lot of other factors.
I can't see the Labour right giving up control easily either.
