Yes, that is pretty obvious isn't it. However, I was chatting to a lawyer friend about it who said that there needs to be some more solid evidence as proof of intent. I just can't work out her motive although the Judge has said there needn't be one if intent can be proved. As I said it's a fascinating case. |  | |  |
