Nah, people keep forgetting that sealing deals takes ages in football now. We all knew that Delap was joining Chelsea a week before it actually got finalised, this will be the same, everyone has plenty of time to iron out all the details of the contract so don't rush it. |  |

Might be waiting on him/the club putting together the rest of the coaching staff. He doesn't have a ready made team with him and Frank took quite a few of the Brentford staff with him. | |

The only reason they be looking for another manager is if they're in a relegation battle. I can't imagine that's something that would appeal to McKenna again and, to be honest I can't imagine a relegation threatened club looking to McKenna [Post edited 17 Jun 8:08]

It's gone a bit quiet, perhaps Brentford are wrapping up Andrews or they're just taking a step back and assessing their options. They've still got a bit of time before the players will be back for pre-season.
It did feel like Andrews was a name in a moment of panic, but if that's who they believe will do the best job, then good luck to him/Brentford. It would be nice to see another young coach turn into a manager and succeed, it's good for the sport. |  |
