For me its imperative we get a new number 1 this summer, and not find ourselves in a similar position next summer - should we get promoted - than we did last summer and using some cr4ppy database agency.

I like Palmer, and yes I think he will do a good job for us in the Championship, but I didn't think he ended up being that much better than Muric to be honest.


Disagree with this. We want to keep as much continuity as we can this summer, so there's not much point trying to replace Palmer. Also it's the one position on the pitch where even newly promoted clubs can be quite ambitious when recruiting, so if we do go up we'd be able to make a big upgrade next summer.
