So, by my reckoning, the late 80s shirt it's a homage to, we actually wore for FOUR seasons - last one of the Ferguson era and the entire stint of John Duncan. That seemed a long time even for then and unimaginable now.

Still, you can now pop it on and pretend you're Graham Harbey. Do not try to pretend you're Tony Humes as you'll probably pull a hamstring or destroy your ACL putting if on.


Yes to me it really looks like the 1986/87 kit (when the away kit was also red), right down to the little red accents on the very similar collar. The first kit I ever owned. However, that was adidas and this is Umbro, which is slightly odd in itself, but it also means we can't have the stripes on the shoulders/sleeves. If it were adidas and we had the stripes, it would only be the Fisons that's missing!

The home shirt is a thing of beauty. Throw back to another of our classics with the badge sublimation behind. A simple v-neck, which I like as not a fan of collars at all.

Not sold on the red at all, but I did end up buying as it is better in the flesh than picture. Only because I like to wear the same shirt they play in for matches so always end up buying all three whether I like them or not. I'm hoping it wil grow on me
