Yesterday Toluca fans were saying Ruiz is off to Ipswich and deal was 95 percent done. Then we heard Palmeiras were offering 2m more. I don’t believe that to be factually correct as why would they bid 2m over Ipswich for no reason. I think Ruiz will leave Toluca in this window and the club is looking for a higher price (if that’s possible). There is a chance we can still get him.
