Much cheaper.

But a few quid on travel and accommodation. It’ll be a great trip and I’m jealous of those who can go. I’d love to but have other commitments, and then annoyingly I’ll be passing through Paris the following Monday .

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?

I was a season ticket holder at Stade Rennais, for 10 years until covid.

Away tickets were always 10 euros.

In my last season, when Rennes were in Europe and also beat PSG (scum) in the French Cup, 2 season tickets for my son and I, in the Upper Tier, behind the goal was about 450 euros.

Looking forward to having a beer or 2 with the Town Boys in Auxerre.

Used to work with a guy who had a PSG season ticket, lived in Basildon and was a Hammers fan.

Reckoned it worked out cheaper than watching West Ham even with the travel and was seeing much better players every week.

No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.

Thinking back, I actually think it was 450 euros for 2 adults and 2 kids, which sounds absurd.

But, in France, most people go to football because they support the team......not because it's trendy / the place to be seen / a VIP day out.
