That's what I mean though. Even if you type in 'www.8xbet.com' into your search bar, it redirects you to the GamCare website.
It just seems incredibly odd that ITFC are carrying on a sponsorship with an incredibly dodgy firm, who aren't even authorised to operate in the UK, particularly when Ashton batted away criticism of the tie-up last season by claiming that it was PL rules, and the club had had no say in the matter. | |

8XBET weren't mandated by the PL, they paid ITFC money to be a club partner. Alongside ITFC, a few other clubs had them as official partners. The clubs. Not the league.
2 years ago, some investigative journalists linked 8XBET to a Far Eastern OCG involved in Human Trafficking & Cyber slavery. This was pointed out by myself and other fans but we fobbed off by ITFC stating they'd done their due diligence - had they had done so, we wouldn't have touched them with a barge pole.
7 months ago, 8XBET withdrew it's services to both new & existing customers.
They do not have a licence to operate in the UK
Yet today there is NEW 8XBET advertising hoardings (yeah, electronic now I know) around the perimeter.
I will raise this again with the commercial director but I am not expecting much in the way of communication regarding the matter.
