Now. Firstly. Let's be honest there's been a couple of grrr moments leading to the two goals we've conceded.
But overall... we do look alot more solid defensively. I can't say between the two games that either opponent really managed to get in behind us or caused us major issues.
We've got things to work on for sure but it's promising

Haven't really noticed the difference to be honest. Still feel there are too many issues if our own making and that's been an issue for a while.
Yeah the marking is still poor. And can we just stop piddling around with it at the back and putting pressure on our keepers who are clearly not good enough to cope with it.

I looked at them today and thought yeah the shape for the most looked ok but still got the impression we could concede at the drop of a hat - it’s a bizarre watch sometimes defensively with us
In sometimes think we get seen to the ball a little too often and dive in (two players at once ) as opposed to the spare man marking the space and anticipating the danger
I dunno what it is but it does my my bum crack squeak

Maybe just me then lol
It's not just you. We are better defensively but we are also against poorer opposition than we were last season. We are also looking better going forward. This is borne out by 1 ppg compared with significantly lower than that last season. We also need to be at least 2 ppg by May.
