If we are allowed just one big signing and/or we put 100% effort and focus on just one signing for the last 9 days of the transfer window..... it surely has to be a CM. And a good one at that.
Think if we can get a serious CM through the door we can manage OK.

We need another very strong centre mid, we know we are getting injuries, suspensions and lots of b2b games so this is an area we must be very strong.

Not even remotely an issue for me. A top CM will back themselves to play regardless and any young player knows they will get plenty of games time vs say their Prem team. Cajuste will need plenty of protecting. Miley would be a regular starter and probably rotate with Cajuste. Whomever comes, if they will be top quality for this level will play 60 or 30 mins every games. A mix of both. | |
