We need reset now. We have a very good squad on paper. 17:10 - Sep 1 with 637 views | J2BLUE | I am as disappointed as anyone with losing Morsy and Chaplin but this is the squad we have and it's packed with talent. We all need to get a grip and not have things become needlessly negative. This squad is packed with talent. Over to KM to turn them into a top team. Give them them a chance.

Yep, I've had my say.... on 17:21 - Sep 1 with 528 views | Bloots | ....ultimately we are all just nomarks posting opinions that have sod all influence on what happens on the pitch. We move on now. COYBs.

We need reset now. We have a very good squad on paper. on 17:48 - Sep 1 with 408 views | CopfordBlue | You’re completely right but I think that will come in a couple of days time. Chaplin and Woolfy leaving today when we’ve made a poor start to the season is bound to lead to some negativity. The one positive is that at least we’re now losing players who mean something to the supporters, who have given us great memories and for whom there is genuine affection. When Chaplin. woolfy, Morsy, Broadhead, Massimo etc make a half time appearance at PR in 2045 they’ll get a great reception. For years and years before that team came together I hardly gave a toss when anyone left to be honest.

We need reset now. We have a very good squad on paper. on 17:51 - Sep 1 with 379 views | Bobbychase | Exactly. People have a choice now. Either get behind the players that will be wearing a Town shirt, or sit there and moan safe in the knowledge that it will change absolutely nothing. We're not going to somehow buy them all back if enough people boo.

We need reset now. We have a very good squad on paper. on 17:56 - Sep 1 with 340 views | ITFC_Heaven | Chaplin has more passion in his little finger than half of the players we’ve brought in over the last 2 seasons. People underestimate how much togetherness and passion fuelled our double promotions, neither of which the team has now. This will be seen as one of the mistakes that compounded a below average season mark my words.
We need reset now. With respect, you have little idea how much togetherness is in the squad. I would hazard a guess that if squad unity was our issue, Chaplin might have stayed.

Statements like this are very weird, and I'm not sure what they are based on. Does he have more passion than Nunez and the Norwegian lad - who none of us have seen play - or people like Akpom, who we have hardly seen any of? How do we measure this passion. Is there a spreadsheet we can use? Does he have more passion than Jack Clarke who ran to get the ball for the penalty on Saturday and ignored the Derby players to score, or more passion than Cajuste, one of the best players in the division who we are very lucky to have on our books? What calculations go into this. Or is this just hyperbole born out of sentiment and emotion. Hard to say, hard to say.
