Found out lastnight that Nunez is now living in his old house… it’s almost like they’ve all known these moves were happening for a while and have had time to plan it.

Hopefully CC has left some of his ITFC magic in there for him

Wonder if it's actually Chappers house or an ITFC owned house for this purpose.

Either way, makes total sense for Nunez to "rent" it.

The interesting thing is I wonder what will happen at the end of the season though, as ITFC can invoke the 1 year additional contract for Chappers, presumably then to sell him to Pompey.

Or, if we're still in the Championship and we invoke the additional year and want him to play for us if he's had an outstanding season at Pompey. They can then live together . .

No, it's a super common thing to do in football - happens a lot that the incoming player takes the lease of an existing players rental or buy outright. They probably don't even look round as most footballer pads are top tier.

I always thought CC lived in a little hobbit house, with one small little door and window.
