I haven’t seen that. I only heard about him standing for mayor the other day. He was wearing civilian clothing in the brief video I saw. Do you have a link?

No but you'll find it if you search. Just because someone is a good soldier, doesn't mean they should be respected for their political views. A soldier, by nature, obeys orders from the establishment, without question.

If they could afford to come on a private jet they’d be more than welcome. And probably offered the purchase of a national newspaper, public institution and/or given a seat in the Lords (as long as they greased some palms first).

Asylum seekers are easy targets. The poor and vulnerable always are.

It’s sixth form politics as mentioned on here earlier, but this image will always hold true under the current political /financial system (but with an update since the cartoon was published in about 2019, not ‘85 as suggested).

I have searched. Can’t find anything in uniform where he is ‘spouting’ politics.

Ex-soldiers should be allowed careers after they serve. And being a soldier shouldn’t discount a career in politics or any other role. And as soldiers are often sharp end of politicians decisions they obviously have a unique view maybe??

I’m not saying I support him, I don’t even know his political views although he did appear alongside farage on a video I saw. But I can imagine he is some who could galvanise dissatisfied Brit’s. That alone means we should listen at least. Hopefully he does this positively.
