I loved FLC. Saw them at Brixton in 98/99 and they showered us with doobies. What happened after that, I have no idea.

I suppose I was using the term in its general sense but also relying on this which touches on the role of commandos in WW2.
What I hadn't realised was that at the end of the Second World War, all the British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, and some Royal Marines Commandos were disbanded.
The article also states that the modern Royal Marine Commandos, Parachute Regiment, Special Air Service and the Special Boat Service trace their origins to the Commandos.
But there's nothing wrong with being nerdy. I'm much the same myself.
