Not putting it all on them but that midfield two probably made 1 tackle between them all night. It's just hard to watch because such a huge part of our success last time was how much defensive covering Mass and Morsy got through. |  | | |

70 perc possession. Teams have worked out it's not an Issue for us to have high possession levels because they just need to defend competently and hit us on the break. We can't adapt. The same last season. After 6 weeks premiership managers had worked out how to beat us and they did most games. That's what good premiership managers do, that's why they are premiership managers. We have shown no ability to adapt or change last season or this season. We made excuses last year about learning curves etc, but there is no evidence anything was learned, we got easier to beat as the season progressed. The malaise has carried into this year and there is no evidence so far that our management can turn it around. Charlton did exactly what works to beat us and they won't be the last after managers seeing what happened tonight. So the question is can we change to address this.
