I would play him at left back on Saturday ...put Leif at left midfield..and Philogene up front from the start in a 4-4-2.

I would even consider putting Jack Taylor in the back 4....at least he gets stuck in...

All wonderful number 8’s, none have the traits of a CDM in a double pivot.

We have never played a number 8 in a game managed by McKenna that I’ve seen (seen maybe 60% of games).

Make it make sense - either sign number 6’s or lose the double pivot.
