The reason that you can't get it is that they have, in very Grauniad-like fashion, missed out the middle word of the clue. The middle word should have been 'feeder' - the answer (7,4) is 'Norwich City' |  |

I remember a comedy skit years ago, Hancock maybe, where a morning train commuter moved from small carriage to carriage, sitting down then asking for single clues at each venue, thus completing the crossword and tossing it impressively aside to his final audience.
