Morsy's Plans 11:06 - Nov 11 with 6813 viewsLA_Tractor_Boy

Has anyone heard any whispers about Sam Morsy's plans for the future.

As he's been released by Kuwait SC, I assume he must be training somewhere if he plans to join a club in January. Or maybe he's got his feet up somewhere and has semi-retired.

Obviously most would love to see him back here in January, but surely it can't/won't happen if he's not trained or been on the hobnobs for 4 months.

Ahem.

Poor move for him. Obviously hasn't considered his tax burden. Should have seen out the rest of his career putting in a shift with Young Boys. If only he'd have listened.

He’s either been terribly advised from a tax perspective or just absolutely loves the west mids.

I hope wherever he is he’s happy and made some good money from his little jaunt to the Middle East.

From what I gather, his family didn't adjust to life in Kuwait too well, so he's obviously prepared to take the financial hit to make his loved ones happy. Fair f00ks to him, I say.

Assume he will get taxed 50% of anything he earned whilst out there?

Still I tidy sum in his pocket I’m sure.

Perhaps not just on what he earned but you’d think they would have also had to at least partially settle his full 2 year contract for him to leave.

50% on that is enough to make the eyes water!

As I say, he must REALLY love the west mids.
