More bluster and bs from the orange-faced conman and serial liar. I think for most people another threat of a Trump lawsuit barely registers. The Epstein files non-release are top of the headlines, along with rising grocery prices (despite Trump lying every day that prices are coming down).

Apart from diehard MAGA supporters is Trump popular amongst ordinary Republicans over there? I’m guessing that he was elected because he managed to win over a lot of moderate Republicans.

I wouldn’t say he’s popular but there’s a lot of ordinary old fashioned Republicans who just won’t consider for a second voting for a Democrat. They will look past all of Trump’s crimes and lies and despicable behavior.

One of Trump’s loyal lapdogs Marjorie Taylor Green has just flipped and turned against Trump so maybe that’s a small sign the tide is turning.

Wonder if this is finally going through Marge's (what passes for) brain?

While old fashioned republicans are unlikely to vote Democrat there , presumably, is a chance they won’t vote at all, or just vote on any local issues.

Ha, very apt. Joking aside she must be thoroughly discombobulated right now after sitting on the other side of the fence and having a go at others for not displaying ultimate loyalty. A psychologist would probably have a field day with the emotions swirling around in her head now things have flipped and she’s experiencing Trump’s ire and his attack dogs herself.

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?

Must have been very confusing recently for all the Q-Anon types who subscribe to the conspiracy theories about Democrats and pizza parlours (google it, seriously, it's insane).

After more than 20 years living in Florida and able to vote (Republican), IMO Americans locally, appear to be ok with the way they are handling things. I'll include the British expat community from what I come across, but then I'm not someone that wants to get involved in political debate. I'd rather talk all things sport!
