| Parcel advice. on 09:45 - Nov 21 with 598 views | DJR | My wife is finding that they are all useless at this time of year. It seems they just can't cope. And the latest involved a message saying she had returned the items and she would get a refund (presumably in a few weeks time), when they hadn't even reached the place where she was meant to be picking them up. What I do notice with Evri in particular is that they don't seem to get things moving until a Wednesday and by Friday they are at a standstill. Having worked in a stores for a leading manufacturer I often spoke to delivery drivers and I presume things are either no better now or perhaps worse. Some would have to turn up half an hour before their official start time to load their vans from a trunker (For those not savvy in these things they are the lorries that deliver to depots around the country) and they didn't get paid for that half hour. Another I spoke to had a franchise with Securicor and he needed to do 61 drops a day to make his money. So whilst we complain as I often do, these guys and girls don't have an easy well paid job. | | | |

Their system requires me to wait about 6 weeks before I can claim that it's lost and now I have to wait "up to 90 days" more while they make their next move....which no doubt will be to state that it was somehow my fault!

Our experience with all 3 postal companies have actually been very good. The trouble with Vinted you don’t get to choose who your own carrier is. We tend to stay away from lockers and take them direct into the shops. Some are faster than others but all have made it so far. Surely 30 parcels in 20 days it’s going to happen sooner or later

What's annoyed me lately is some eBay sellers promising delivery via Royal Mail tracked; but then in practice using the Amazon Crime delivery network

Followed instructions online to get details of where to take the old hub, after boxed. Indicated I was in Ipswich and it suggests the nearest is Sheringham, North Norfolk. Eventually managed to get right answer.
