If you go into your ticketing account and click on 'Tickets' or 'History' you'll see a list of all the tickets you've purchased. On the left-hand side of each row there is a space for a little icon that appears to be used to indicate ticket status. As far as I can tell:
Printer with an X on it = Physical ticket is not yet printed / sent
Recycling symbol = You've purchased a re-sold Season Ticket
Left pointing arrow (like an 'undo' icon) = You've returned the ticket
On Monday my Leicester ticket was still awaiting printing, but the icon has gone now, so it seems like they were still in the process of getting them sent out at least early this week. [Post edited 3 Dec 2025 9:23]
