It was straightforward and uncontroversial. Verstappen made the season go to the end. But this time, and poetically really, he loses his consecutive titles, where they started, in ordinary fashion, to a team with a consistent car. The Max fanboys have no muck to throw or anything to say other than hes a good driver who won the race not the title. Classy Carlos Sainz said it well, Land is a good guy, you don't have to be a nasty driver or a hardass to win the title. |  |
