McKenna a bit guarded about it on SSN but it sounds like he is likely to be. "Sammie wasn't selected today ... there has been a lot of transfer speculation ... we will see what happens before Tuesday." I don't expect Szmodics is keen to be behind both Nunez and Mehmeti for the 10 role and behind Clarke and Pilogene for the left side role.

The problem is that none of Szmodics, Mehmeti, Clarke, Philogene and Nunez play in the position we are trying to recruit for.

According to KM even if SS is sold we won't be replacing him and there no guarantee of anyone else coming in. I think that is sensible from a point of view where it would be sheer stupidity to sign anyone with a similar profile to Hirst, Azon or Akpom.
