Turkey has the biggest army in the region and modern equipment, seems very unlikely. Is the evacuation not more likely related to the Iranian missiles intercepted over Turkey (given Iran had targeted US assets elsewhere in the region and enforced evacuations there). [Post edited 9 Mar 14:15]

Not even Al Jazeera is suggesting Israel are likely to attack Turkey though (and the same publication suggests the evacuations are related to a general anti US Sentiment. The article just talks about a worsening relationship between Turkey and Israel, talks of a military attack is quite a leap.
Turkey are actively intercepting Iranian missiles with NATO equipment so it would be quite counterproductive for Israel to target a country which is depleting Iran’s missile stocks. Not to mention the US has military presence in Southern Turkey. [Post edited 9 Mar 14:39]
