Given my email was sent before the "apology" email, it would have saved themselves (and us) a lot of the furore had someone senior read it. | |

It's hardly an intellectual leap, given the fact that their entire posting history over the past week has been in defence of Ashton or telling other people to "move on".
Why do you think it's a zero sum game where you can only either criticise Ashton or support the team?
There is not a single one of us, probably or anti Ashton, who wants us to lose. We will all still be here, long after Ashton is a footnote in footballing history. | |

I have emailed him three times since he's been here. That sounds like a lot now that I've written it down, but I did hear him give out his email address on an early interview and state that he was "always available."
First time I got quite a quick response, pretty certain it was from him personally, and and I think he understood the essence of my message although nothing was done to address it. (To be fair, I was complaining about kick-off times, particularly v budgies)
Second one was last season, one of his staff phoned me, again quite promptly.
Third time was a couple of weeks ago. No response. |  | | |
