Well I guess it ' depends whether you have a VPN but here in Australia the Premier League is on Stan as an add on for $20 to a normal Stan Subscription which I think is about $12.99.

Cheaper then Town TV and Bein together, both of which I needed for this season.

You now need a Canadian registered credit card and no longer accept PayPal.
If you really are downunder Stan is absolutely fine.
