A quick question regarding the new 'one' sign in 11:27 - Jun 3 with 603 viewsGlasgowBlue

I already had a digital account so everything good my end. My son has a membership number but not a digital account.

He is on my family list and I always buy his ticket when purchasing my own. I assume there won't be any issues with me buying his ticket? Just that he won't be able to buy one himself?

There was a recommendation, amidst the e-mails from the club, that each individual had their own digital account so it's probably worth him doing this.

My assumption would be the same as yours for the situation at the moment though.

Glad I asked the question. This may be useful info for parents who signed their kids up when they were young but are now grown up.

I checked with my son and he did have a digital account under his email address, but when he signed in this was showing as zero away priority points. The reason being that his membership number was under my email address as he got the number when he was 7 years old.

A quick call to the club and they transferred his membership number to his own email address.

It seems to have wiped all my family and friends, plus purchase history.

Good Lord! Whatever is it?

Could be a coincidence and your family and friends have just dumped you Guthers?

I lost purchase history but kept my mates. You reckon its worth getting the history sorted? Can't imagine they'll use it all too often this coming season

What did they have to do? My points and F&F were wiped plus a totally different customer number!

It was due to the ticket account having a different e-mail to the other accounts. I logged out - they linked them together under the same e-mail then I logged back in after a few minutes and all was back. Hoorah!

I had matching email and name but different date of birth on both accounts which they've fixed but unfortunately I still have no points, no F&F and wrong customer number
