It would be interesting to know if they’ve built footings for the necessary steel work for the stand expansion. I didn’t see them in the planning permission. But the groundwork’s looked more extensive than for a single story extended concourse. |  |

Does it say in the plans that foundations will be put in place for the new roof? Not saying they won't be, but I can't see reference to it myself. |  | |  |

I don't see why they would need to. Once you have the permission to expand the ground floor, they are not saying "but you can only go down 2 feet" so it would be totally logical to put foundations in place that will support the structure they hope to do this time next year. |  |

Don't need to if the footings are part of the newly approved structure. You'd have to assume that they are, but they don't have to state how deep the footings are going for planning, unless they will affect existing services |  |
