You need to make sure the people who you are trying to buy for are listed in your " Friends and Family"

Put the tickets you want in your basket then you need to click on the pencil icon to re allocate the ticket to somone on your F&F list

Adding new folks to F&F is a bit beyond my skillset.... it involves typing 3 secret words. But no one knows what the words are or where you might find out

It seems a very clunky and cumbersome system that probably makes perfect sense to someone in the midst of a breakdown or acid trip
