Can't see it happening, and can't see any punishments either.
Even if the authorities tried it on, I imagine the pubs could easily rely on the defence that closing mid-match would have risked serious disorder. |  |

May be different, but I’m at a bar in Spain who has said as long as the game kicks off, doesn’t matter if it gets delayed further. (Obviously an hour ahead and rumours going round he’d have to close at 5). | | | |
