Found him really underwhelming at Arsenal, very lightweight and often struggled to impose himself on games. Undoubtedly incredibly talented, and great when he gets time on the ball, I just don't think he's built for the lower reaches of the PL.
He'd be another "luxury" midfielder, much like Cajuste last season. For the money he'd want, I don't think he'd offer us much. Ajax sounds like the perfect club for him. |  | | |

I agree with this, technically a good player but not aggressive enough to make an impact in England
I did wonder if Marcelo Brozović could become our Xhaka. He's 33 and just left Al Nassr. He kept Kovacic out of the Croatia starting XI for years until he retired 2 years ago and was a key player for Inter as they made 2 CL finals in 20 + 23 |  |
