There have been a very low number of signings made across the premier league to date, undoubtedly due to the World Cup. I remain unconcerned as the club in past windows has largely been very efficient with very little information re transfers getting out until very close to completion. Ashton’s statements pre GON appointment re targets being “down the road” is a bold statement to make without there being any substance - a high likelihood we have got a few deals done but awaiting rubberstamping once that other clubs have got replacements etc done, as is often the case |  |
