Adding bulk can lead to a loss of pace. Seem to remember Matt Richards, early in his career, adding bulk one summer but losing a bit of pace. |  |

I would hope they all have. The Premier League is so physical that they need to be as strong as possible. Jack Clarke still looks a bit lightweight, but we know his quality and hopefully he’ll be more prepared for a Premier League campaign this time around. |  |
