They have a very low buy-back, so it is effectively an expensive loan.

Brighton know how to work the transfer markets to their financial advantage dont they!

Great business by the greatest owner in football history Doug King. With more moves like this, DMac will be revising his Coventry prediction from top 14 to champions league finish

It’s even better than that for Brighton. If Rushworth isn’t a success in the Premier League then they’ve probably sold him for more than he’s worth. If it was a loan he’d be coming back.

Apparently Rushworth has to agree at the time of they buy-back, so its not really cut and dried.

Very good deal for Coventry, however this makes them as strong as they were in the championship, which isn't an improvement..

But apparently they are already strong enough to survive, without any additions, and Hull's and Ipswich's transfers are only bringing their squad's up to Coventry's standard last year. Something like that!

Seems a bit cloak-and-dagger that they haven't even disclosed the contract length.

Not a prophet, or a stone-age man; just a mortal with potential of a superman.

It says a permanent transfer, not a loan.

A bit like us signing Omria after his loan from Chelsea.

Sometimes I think about the frothing lunatics I’ve put on ignore, who will have kept replying to me again and again, but I don’t even realise they exist.

Omria?

It’s Eric Morecambe and Andre Previn all over again…

I am writing all the right letters, just not necessarily in the right order…

Sometimes I giggle about the frothing lunatic who’s put me on ignore who now has to constantly log out to see what I’ve said, because beneath the carefully honed persona of indifference lurks a pitiful egomaniac in utter denial….
