Apparently these are when the Russian drone operators decide to follow a civilian and then attack them. Absolutely awful.

This type of attack has been going on for a long time and the Russians complain about their civilians being attacked. Ukraine have stated this type of attack is a war crime which it clearly is.

Exactly, been happening for years. Part of their desensitization training, before going out into the field.

I can imagine it's been going on a long time, just never seen it the main news story on the BBC before.
