Distribution of kit manufacturers across the 92 this season:

The white section comprises:

Admiral - Burton
Capelli - Barnet
Hills - Tranmere
Kelme - Watford
Meyba - Leyton Orient
New Balance - West Ham
Reflo - Luton
SUDU - Wolves
VX3 - Newport

Interesting to see how little representation Umbro and Nike now have in the top tiers of English football - either on a par with, or with fewer clubs than Oxen.

Strange, maybe they have to pay the clubs so much there's no money in it for them? So once their brand is known it's not worth their while anymore? I'm just clutching at straws as I would have guessed Nike, Umbro and Adidas would have been the biggest 3

It certainly used to be that way, didn't it.

I would hazard a guess that, outside of the big clubs that manufacturers will be queuing up to sponsor, 'lesser' clubs can probably get better deals with the smaller manufacturers like Oxen or Capelli, especially when it comes to wholesale pricing of replica products, or access to bespoke designs.

The only manufacturers I'd willingly swap Umbro for are Hummel and at a push Puma, Errea and Joma (despite them doing Norwich).

Aren't Castore and Umbro the same company essentially?
