Quite balanced. Parachute teams will always have a big advantage, but one will probably become unstuck.
I work in Hornchurch so meet loads of hammers fans. Many said they would not renew (possibly due to being able to source game tickets on a match by match basis).
Keeping Bowen has quelled the rebellion a bit, however they will turn quickly on the club if they start the season poorly. Likewise, a good start and like most Dottie fans, they just want to see winning matches no matter if it's in a division lower. If they are top two come Xmas the ground will be packed.
Norwich have momentum but have managed somehow to hold onto their better players. Ali injury aside, they should expect top four unfortunately.
Southampton will be interesting. I've no idea how last season s issues will impact them. They were on a great streak at one point. Hope they fall away.
Really looking forward to seeing what happens to Leicester in div1. Really wanted them to keep falling due to their horrible fanbase, however I would like to see our ex players thrive. |  | |  |

Good write up that. Excellent in fact. I think we differ in terms of a few teams there. For what it is worth and in keeping with your request to play along.
1. West Ham (Can't really see beyond them)
2. Wolves (would be amazed if this isn't the top two)
3. Boro (Surely won't be as wasteful this year)
4. Southampton (Look really strong)
5. Norwich (annoyingly look decent, excellent manager for that level but have injuries so may have to play catch up again)
6. Burnley (lower if they don't get anyone decent in before Sep)
7. Millwall (Still solid, not really lost anyone this summer)
8. Swansea (my dark horse punt)
9. Birmingham (Not convinced by their business yet, even less convinced by Davies)
10. Derby (Would possibly tip higher if PA started the season)
11. Wrexham (not sure they've moved the needle yet in terms of incomings)
12. Stoke (Made improvements but still don't see enough dynamism)
13. Bristol City (Not a bad summer but could be a transition year)
14. QPR (genuinely could go either way)
15. Sheff Utd (could be even lower than that but have played safe, can't see why their odds are so short)
16. Portsmouth (A lot depends on if they keep hold of Mousinho)
17. WBA (surely won't be as bad as last year)
18. Preston (Meh, Devine a decent signing but not much else there)
19. Watford (usual model, no stability, may even change my mind to bottom three by first international break)
20. Cardiff (The best positioned of the promoted sides)
21. Charlton (The Jones factor will probably help keep them safe)
22. Blackburn (Circling the drain, time to go. Want Mogga to do well though)
23. Lincoln (Rookie managerial team, not sure they are strong enough, yet)

I’m completely conflicted on Leicester too. Don’t want to cheer them on after the FFP shenanigans, nor do I want Russell Martin to do well. But we’ve got to back Wesley and Chappers. |  |

Interesting. Don’t think there are too many big differences there other than Stoke, QPR and Cardiff. Which makes sense as they’re probably my most controversial picks. | |
