I love that sort of story. That's being human, that is.

Human interaction is not a zero sum game, even if our culture has evolved a bit that way, and consumerism drives it that way. There's ways in which everyone can win.

Good work by Philogene...... GREAT WORK BY PHILOGENE!!!

No doubt Mick is a good man and a story like this doesnt suprise me. The last 2 seasons under him we're not good but he was so hamstrung by the budget he had and everything on the football side fell to him.

The 2 football lovers at the top couldn't see that was too much for 1 person and we were still being run like clubs were 15 years prior.

I certainly have nothing but goodwill towards Mick.

His football may have been awful but he wasn't called Paul

I don't think anyone else but Mick could have saved us in 2012/13.

He did a fantastic job.

It was a shame it ended as it did.

Good guy. Him and TC.

Good manager Mick was. He tried his best with what he had, which wasnt a lot those last two seasons. Decent manager and a good guy.

my aunty and uncle used to live next door to mick and his wife Fiona in wilmslow, when he used to play for city. They were both so kind to my aunty and uncle, when she was unwell with cancer and passed away. My uncle stayed good friends with them after he moved, to Celtic I think. A lovely man.
