you don't seem to be able to separate things you disagree with from things people should be prevented from saying - which is the first step on the path to repression.
that in the USA there are persistent differences in average iq between different racial groups is an established fact. on average, groups who have asian or jewish ancestry score higher than the group with white ancestry, so even that established data doesn't fit any simple claim of 'racism'. the debate is whether that data is explained by environmental factors or heredity, and whether iq measures are objective and relevant to measured outcomes. to me environmental factors seem most critical and, in any case, measured iq seems a limited determinant of outcomes. but, this is still more complex than your desire to shout 'racist' at people you disagree with. |

Lowhouse and Balcombe spending a lot of time and energy making sure the views of very prominent white supremacists are being taken into account. And also explaining how the right of very privileged white people to write “challenging” and controversial think pieces is as important as the right for all races to be treated equally and not face discrimination. |

I have! I’m normally quite positive about Ipswich! So being argumentative isn’t always my default personality.
I’ll be there today, but I don’t get to many games for a variety of reasons. Interesting to read others views on football. I’ll more often stick to political philosophy.
