I know you're not supposed to use fabric softener for a towel wash... but I think I wasn't quite with it this morning, because I picked up the wrong bottle and ONLY used fabric softener. I also mixed yellow and black towels, which apparently is a no-no too!

I could only have got it more wrong if I'd climed in the machine myself.

Ironically, I do actually prefer a ‘rougher’ towel! Always wash new ones before use, softness tends to just push the water around! There was storyline pertaining to this in Curb’!😀

Me too, I much prefer an unsoftened towel that's been dried on the line so it's almost crispy.

	It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.

Mine was taking out the moisture trap, cleaning it, slid back in, but when I next used the washing machine I thought it was going well, until I heard a cry from the kitchen - water was coming out through the trap (had not turned into position - not popular after that one!!).

My other stupid/mad thing was when I decided (while I was alone) to inflate a large 96 inch round climb in balloon - inflated it to 72 inches, then went inside it (head first), then went fully inside. Problems came when I pulled the neck down my legs, and the air shot out - and I ended up trapped inside the balloon. Managed to stay calm, and wriggled about until I found the neck, and got my head out, followed by the rest of me, Not done it since. Certainly stupid to do when you are alone.

Anything dried outside always smells much nicer too.*
