A friend has forwarded a season ticket to me. When I try and add to my wallet, it just says it's being generated, to refresh, and check again.
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm on hold to the ticket office (90 minutes and counting, their doing an amazing job but clearly getting a lot of calls this week) but wondered if anyone else had experienced this. Thanks! |  | | |  |

The problem is a lot of the issues are technically related which will require a lot of training for a short term appointments, so you end up with a phone answering service. Yes the phone is answered quickly, but then you get 'i will pass you to our technical team' followed by you are 274 in the queue.
Or worse you get one of those Indian call type centre who just follow a list. 'Have you refreshed your phone?' 'Have you switched your phone off and on?' 'Did you wait 20 seconds after switching your phone off?' 'Have you tried picking your nose?'. 'Ok I'll forward you to our technical team'....

Thought I would jump on this as a general ticket issue thread, I am a member and saw a ticket pop up just now for the Sunderland game tomorrow, but it won't let me proceed to checkout, it says I am eligible to purchase 0 tickets for this match. I don't have any other tickets for the game, and as I said I am a member, so don't see any reason I can't purchase? I am on hold to the ticket office but there are 31 ahead of me in the queue and it will hold in my basket for another 12 minutes so don't think my chances are looking very good. | | | |

I emailed them over a week ago to let them know a ticket we have won’t be in use (no, you can’t just sell it back on the website before someone chimes in) - haven’t heard a Scooby from them.
