I need to switch a Leicester ticket from one family member to another in the group. However, unlike my season ticket, when I log into my account there is no option to forward or resale, just the add to Google wallet, which of course I don't want at this stage. I sent the confirmation email to another member of the group.
The option to download to wallet is on the email which they did and put in their wallet on the phone that had the email.

My other problem was that I bought 12 tickets for 12 members in my friends and family group then had to send the confirmation download the same email to the twelve people for them to download their tickets.
I asked on here the other day if anybody knew a better way but had no other solutions other than being called an old duffer! | | | |

My problem trying to forward a match ticket go through the whole procedure press the recipient ect
Get to the last page shows the ticket and price,
Shows the ticket and price then underneath shows the same ticket price but says returns not forward the grand total price does say zero,
Worried about hitting place order button in case it's going to resale not forward as it says return,

Yes that sounds feasible. However in my case for Leicester I need to upgrade the ticket from senior to adult which means paying an extra £2. How can that be done if you just transfer the email? | | | |

Just found it online, individual cup match tickets are not transferable online. It says you have to phone the ticket office to carry out this function. Thanks all. | | | |

Copy and paste the link from each ticket (embedded in the ‘add to wallet button) and send to each person individually on WhatsApp or whatever. |  |

No money involved if you’re just forwarding it on to someone.
You get money back per game if you put back up for sale. | |

If you are upgrading the ticket ie U23 to adult, you will have to pay the upgrade fee before the ticket is generated and sent to the recipient | |
